Hi, I’m Steve Heinen.

I’m an outgoing and energetic person who enjoys getting to know people personally and professionally. I am very passionate about my work and a lifelong learner of human behavior. My own career has gone through several different paths – academic, corporate, and consultant – that have helped me experience and understand different perspectives on leadership. They have helped me recognize that every leader is unique with different personalities who operate in different contexts.

My clients describe me as someone who is positive and encourages the development of their strengths, and fosters trust to make it comfortable to be vulnerable to confront their fears and limitations. They appreciate that I will hold up the mirror that allows them to understand how others may see them.
